Firm Element Content Builder
The Firm Element Content Builder can be used to identify training resources for your Firm Element training program. The Firm Element Content Builder contains an extensive database (over three years) of NYSE and FINRA regulatory bulletins (e.g. Information Memos and Notices to Members), publications from other SROs, and industry sources as well as the SEC. The database is continuously updated.
To retrieve relevant resources from the Firm Element Content Builder database, begin by choosing from a list of investment products and services on the next page that your firm offers now, or expects to offer within the time period covered by your Firm Element training plan.
You will then be asked to select training topics for each of the products or services that you identified. Click on the "Next" button to use the Firm Element Content Builder
