How Do I Schedule an Appointment?
In order to schedule an appointment, please contact an approved test center.
Pearson Professional Centers: contact Pearson VUE's National Registration Center at 1-866-396-6273 (toll free), or 1-952-681-3873 (toll number) or go to www.pearsonvue.com/finra for Web-based scheduling.
Prometric Testing Centers: contact Prometric's National Call Center at 1-800-578-6273 (toll free) or go to www.prometric.com/finra for Web-based scheduling.
When phoning to make an appointment, the caller must provide:
- the candidate's name and CRD number
- the firm's name; and
- a telephone number where the candidate or candidate's firm can be reached
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting the testing center. However, a Cancellation/Rescheduling fee will be applied if you cancel or reschedule a Regulatory Element session within three to 10 business days of your scheduled appointment. For additional details of the late cancellation or rescheduling fees, please view the Cancellation Policy to determine whether you are within the timeframe allotted for rescheduling or if additional fees will apply.
